The Delinquent was born the exact moment Lil’ Kim dropped her first LP. Ever since then, she’s been smacking her gum and smacking hoes. She’s definitely more brawn than brains, and always manages to have a guy with a getaway motorcycle waiting for her somewhere. She’s been known to steal boyfriends and break their legs, because breaking their hearts isn’t punk rock enough. The Delinquent is usually kicked out of family dinners for swearing during grace, but what does she care? She’s got a bottle of Jack and a getaway motorcycle to take her away to her next assault charge.
